 Two cover Plans available.

Plan 1 – For systems with a boiler out of manufactures warranty – £19.99 per/month

Plan 2 – For systems with a boiler under manufactures warranty – £13.99 per/month

What Is Covered?

In addition to an annual boiler servicing to ensure it’s running safely and efficiently, the Property Guard Cover Plan includes all repairs to:

Hot and Cold Pipes Within Your Property

Cold Water Tanks, Fill Valves and Overflows Relating to the Heating System

Parts and Labour - NO EXCESS

Central Heating System

Unlimited Call Outs

Central Heating Pipework

Heating and Hot Water Controls

Radiators and Radiator Valves

Access To Our Helpline

Landlord Cover Option Only 

Landlord Safety Test Certificate

(Up to 4 appliances and 1 gas meter)

Picking Up Keys

We offer a key pick up and return service for Landlord option only. Keys must be within 2 miles travel distance of the property.

Tenants Can Call Us Direct

A Sticker will be attached to the boiler with our contact number. Your tenant can call us direct. We will inform you of any visits/repairs made. You will be contacted if any works needed falls outside the scope of the cover.

We can also carry out P.A.T testing, Legionella Risk Assessments and Smoke alarm reports. Any of these services can be added to the plan. Please call for prices.
