Landlord Cover Option Only
We specialise in working for landlords and letting agencies. Using our vast experience in this sector over the last 17 years we have tailor made a Landlord Cover option that we believe is second to none.
- Landlord safety test certificate (up to 4 appliances and 1 gas meter)
- Key collection service- We offer a key pick up and return service for Landlord Cover option only. Keys must be within 2 miles travel distance of the property.
- Boiler contact information sticker – your tenants can contact us directly
We can also carry out PAT testing, Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), Legionella risk assessments and smoke alarm reports. Any of these services can be added to the plan. Please contact us for the prices.

What is Boiler cover plan?
Is having a boiler cover plan worth it when my boiler has a warranty?
Why choose a Gas Safe cover plan?
Our engineers are local highly trained professional Gas Safe employees. All engineers are DBS checked and audited on a regular basis. We aim to respond quickly and efficiently. To ensure the highest service levels and quality we do not use subcontractors. We also don’t charge any excess as ALL parts/labour are included, offering complete transparency and no hidden costs.
How do boiler plans work?
Our boiler plans include carrying out the annual boiler service, and any repairs required which are included in the selected plan with unlimited call out and no excess on parts or labour. You will also have access to our technical help line.
Which plan is right for me?
We have made our cover plan options very simple to choose from with only 3 plans for both homeowners and landlords to choose from. The cover plan you will need will depend on 2 things firstly if your boiler is under warranty or not and secondly if you’re a landlord and want the Landlord Cover option to carry out the legally required gas safety checks and issue the Gas safety certificate.
Why do I need Landlord cover?
Can you Guarantee your heating system and boiler will work 365 days a year? If your boiler breaks down, you will be happy to have landlords cover as we will make sure your tenants always have hot water and heating.
Every landlord needs to have a gas safety certificate carried out by a registered Gas safe engineer for a rented property that has a gas boiler. Once we have carried these checks out for you we will issue the Gas safety certificate that is required.
We will also carry out the annual boiler service.
We will aim to respond to either yourself or your tenants within 1 working day and on most occasions fix the issue on the same visit.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, we can also carry out PAT testing, An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), Legionella risk assessments and smoke alarm reports. Any of these can be added to your plan for an additional charge.
What If my boiler needs to be replaced?
If we can not fix your boiler and a new one is required, we will offer you a discount to have the boiler replaced by us.
